Holiday Home Management & Maintenance

LHS offers a flexible service which includes all aspects of home management with special attention given to the personal touch. We give you peace of mind to know that your home is being looked after and maintained whilst unoccupied and monitored when guests are in your home. We take pride in the homes that we service and work closely with our dedicated and well trained staff.

As part of our standard offering, regular physical visits to your home will check on the following: 

· Condition of property and dwellings

· All taps and toilets in working order

· Alarm system is in working order

· Evidence of water leaks

· Evidence of internal damp

· Evidence of electrical anomalies

· Evidence of illegal occupation and/or dumping

· Evidence of vermin infestation

· Evidence of attempted break-in

· Gas replacement as necessary

· Globe replacement as necessary

The service also includes

· Guest call-outs (within office hours)

· Visitors forms and access to the estate 

· Inventory checks after guests depart

We will send digital photographs to you via e-mail depicting any problems or maintenance required.

LHS will also obtain quotations for maintenance/repairs and liaise with you for your approval. Maintenance/repairs on site will be monitored and we will report back on progress

Meet and greet: If home owners would like their guests personally met at the home or the security office, this can be arranged. You may also wish to spoil your guests with flowers, hampers etc, if so, let us know what you would like and it will be in place by the time the guests arrive.

Shopping: By prior arrangement, grocery shopping for arriving guests can be scheduled.  Please contact the office to arrange.
